CASE STUDY: V12 Merchandise

V12 Retail Finance, a large motoring finance company were searching for an innovative solution to onboard new car dealers. They envisioned a welcome pack that would not only serve as a gift but also reflect the values of the brand. Something that would leave a lasting first impression whilst also demonstrating sustainability.

We proposed a bespoke printed box that would act as a container for the entire gift pack, enticing customers from the onset and reinforcing brand recognition. Working closely with the client, we developed original templates and proofs for both the box and its contents. The final pack included a brochure, a branded notebook, ballpoint pen, insulated mug, coaster, and stress ball. To align with sustainability principles, many items were manufactured from recycled materials, emphasising the client’s commitment to a greener future!

After receiving a dealer network data list, we successfully dispatched these welcome packs to individual addresses. The project was a success with some dealers sharing their unboxing experiences on social media, further enhancing the brand’s reputation, encouraging exposure to a wider audience. We also set up an online branded portal, allowing account managers to easily reorder items for new dealers, ultimately saving time by allowing them to order directly through a platform that can be accessed 24/7, whilst we take care of the printing and distribution.

The success of this project led the client to commission a suite of additional merchandise items for future orders, as well as increasing exposure to new clients and building credibility.
