Demand for printed garments has never been higher, and with the introduction of high-quality DTF (Direct-To-Film) garment printing, the results have never been better.
From t-shirts to caps and raincoats to high-vis vests, we produce high-quality full-colour printed garments from reputable brands (with customers also able to supply their own), for businesses, schools and individuals. All from our factory in central Birmingham.
Our finished goods find homes in retail stores, as business uniforms and workwear, school uniform and leavers hoodies (and even the odd stag or hen do!).
The Future of Garment Printing
The DTF print facility offers vibrant full-colour printing to both light and dark garments, with superb opacity; and thanks to the intelligent print and adhesion technology there are very few limitations to the complexity of the design, unlike other garment print processes.
Advantages of DTF include:
Vibrant colours - full-colour prints look superb on light and dark garments.
Soft-feel graphics - DTF has a much softer feel than vinyl transfers or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) print.
Flexible prints - not only does the print feel better to the touch, it also stretches with the fabric without cracking, which feels much better to wear.
Complex designs - there are very few design limitations, as the graphics don’t need to be weeded out, so there is no need to create cut lines or restrict your creativity.
Low minimums - digital print means low (or in some cases - no) minimum order quantities!
High quality - we scoured the market for the most suitable printer, ink, film and heat press combo; settling on a 600mm wide 5 colour printer from Resolute, using premium inks and films from Kodak and US-built pneumatic heat presses from Stahls, ensuring reliability of service and quality at all times.
Trade Transfer Printing Service
The efficiency of our DTF print facility means that we are able to offer a trade transfer printing service to other garment printers, with fast and efficient turnaround times:
Send us your artwork - we will print the graphics and despatch within an agreed timeframe.
Transfer the prints - using a regular garment heat press (160°C, low pressure, 15 seconds) transfer the image to your garments.
Hot or cold peel - we offer both hot and cold peel films, talk to the team to find out which is right for you. Simply peel the film and you’re done.
