In this document TEPE Holdings Group refers to Clarkeprint Limited, Clarkeprint FM Limited and Waveney Publishing Limited (t/a WavePrint), whose registered office address is Waveney House, 45-47 Stour Street, Birmingham, B18 7AJ.
Security Policy
TEPE Holdings Group recognises its obligations and responsibilities regarding security, which has been specified into areas outlined below.
Risks are regularly reviewed and training applied as necessary.
It is every employee’s duty to observe all rules and to take adequate precautions relating to this. Failure to comply is construed as gross misconduct.
Property Security
Head Office
Our Stour Street offices and factory comprises a two storey building with single occupancy.
Authorised access to the building can only be facilitated via door-entry intercom system or access codes during working hours.
Outside of working hours the building is protected by locked doors and roller shutters and additional roller shutters on fire exits. The building is alarmed against fire and break-in with Chubb alarm monitoring and police notification services. The building is also monitored by CCTV security cameras 24 hours a day.
NJS Warehouse
Our New John Street warehouse comprises a single storey building with single occupancy.
Authorised access to the building can only be facilitated via door access codes during working hours.
Outside of working hours the building is protected by locked doors and roller shutters. The building is alarmed against fire and break-in with Chubb alarm monitoring and police notification services.
Employees
TEPE Holdings Group employees are aware that in the course of their employment they may have access to and be entrusted with information in respect of our clients’ which may be confidential and/or subject to the Data Protection Act/General Data Protection Regulation.
Employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon engagement, declaring that they will not during or after the period of their employment, divulge to any person whatever or otherwise make use of any confidential information that may come to their attention in the course of their duties.
Key holders, directors and staff with direct responsibility for sensitive information are DBS checked.
Equipment
All data systems are backed up daily and back-ups are stored in a secure fire safe.
All users with access to personal or sensitive information do so via individual user logins with secure complex passwords.
Where data is transferred to client or third party systems it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
All computer terminals and PCs are protected via monitored anti-virus software. Any devices taken off-site are encrypted.
Data Destruction
Hard copies containing personal data or confidential information are disposed of in locked Confidential Waste bins, located in every office/department. These bins are emptied and shredded by a reputable waste management company whose processes comply with BS EN 15713 standards.
